1. What you are buying

The Karma provides a calculated sidereal birth chart and a written interpretation of it, in the Vedic and Sri Lankan astrological traditions. The free chart is provided at no cost. The full reading is a one-off digital purchase of A$29 in Australian dollars, delivered immediately after payment.

2. The nature of the service

Astrology is offered here as spiritual reflection and entertainment. It is not a prediction service and it is not professional advice of any kind. Please read our disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. You agree not to rely on any reading as the basis for a medical, legal, financial or other significant decision.

3. Accuracy of your details

The chart is calculated from the birth details you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy. An incorrect birth time will produce a chart that is technically correct for the time you entered but not for your actual birth, and that is not a fault in the service.

4. Your account and access codes

VIP access codes are issued at our discretion and are for the use of the person they were issued to. Sharing, publishing or reselling a code may result in it being withdrawn.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, scrape it at volume, or resell or republish readings as your own work. Readings are for your personal use. You may share your own reading with whoever you like.

6. Intellectual property

The interpretation text, rule library and software are ours. The astronomical facts about your chart are not anyone's property. Your reading is yours to keep, print and share.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Chart calculation depends on third-party ephemeris software and on our hosting provider.

8. Refunds

See our refund policy, which forms part of these terms and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to resupplying the reading or refunding what you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction.
