Refund policy

Your rights come first

Our readings come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a reading is not delivered, is not as described, or is unfit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything else on this page.

When we will refund you

• The reading did not arrive, or you cannot access what you paid for, and we cannot fix it promptly. Full refund.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading. We refund the duplicates.
• The calculation is wrong — the chart does not match the birth details you entered. We correct it and, if you prefer, refund you in full.
• You entered your birth details incorrectly. Contact us and we will regenerate the reading with the corrected details at no charge.
• You changed your mind within 7 days and the reading has not been substantially used. We will refund you as a matter of goodwill.

When we may not refund you

We may decline a refund where a reading was delivered correctly, matches the details supplied, and you simply disagree with the interpretation. Astrological interpretation is a tradition, not a factual claim, and we describe it that way throughout the site before you buy. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to ask

Contact us with your Stripe receipt or the email you used at checkout. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually take five to ten business days to appear.

The free chart shows you exactly how the calculation works and gives you the Lagna and Moon sections in full, so you can see the quality of the writing and the accuracy of the chart before spending anything.
